How to set or reset your application and enrolment portal account

In order to access your portal account, you will need enter your email address (or username) and portal password. If you have applied or enrolled previously then we will have set you up an account already which you can access using the steps below.

To set your password or to reset your password:

Go to https://portal.mis.nelsongroup.ac.uk and click the link "Forgot your password?".
When prompted, please enter your personal email address or username, you will then be sent a link to your email and you will be sent a text message containing your new password.
When you have received the text message you should sign in using your personal email and the password that was sent to you via sms
As part of this login you will be prompted that your password has expired and you will be prompted to enter a new password. This new password can be anything you want as long as it is 12 characters in length

Your account will be registered with the email and mobile phone number that you gave us when you applied or enrolled with us. You will need to have access to those in order to access your account. If you are having problems resetting your account please email reporting@nelsongroup.ac.uk and we will be able to help you reset your account manually for you
