From cooking and managing money to travelling safely and looking after your wellbeing, you’ll gain independence step by step in a supportive, hands-on environment. Alongside these life skills, you’ll develop communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities to help you at college, home, and beyond. Whether you’re aiming for more independence, further study, or supported work, this course gives you the tools to succeed.
If you’re ready to take steps towards becoming more independent and confident in everyday life, this course could be the perfect fit. it is designed to help you build the practical skills you’ll use every day – both at home and out in the community – while also developing your confidence and self-belief.
