This short session focuses on the self-care aspect of wellbeing alongside elements of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing: Give, Connect, Take Notice & Keep Learning. There will be some practical activities, including some short movements. Please tell your tutor if you are unable to partake in these. There will also be learning activities to complete over the two weeks.
By the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Identify what can cause low mood
- Participate in techniques to combat low mood and identify what you will take forward to further improve your wellbeing
- Choose appropriate progression opportunities
