The course includes ‘mini breaks’ to give you time to rest your mind and your body. Through sharing statistics, strategies, discussion and reflection, the course helps you to create your own tailor-made plan to take you forward into a more productive and less stressful work/life balance. The course will be delivered either at one of our community venues, or online.
The community venue will be in a nearby location, where you can meet people face to face and learn together in a suitably equipped classroom setting.
Online courses will be delivered on either Zoom or MS Teams from your own home and learners will need access to a computer, laptop or tablet device with access to the internet. All devices should have a camera, sound and a microphone so that learners are able to interact with their teacher and peers during the course. Learners will be sent the join details and links prior to the course. Both of these online platforms can be accessed via an app on a smart phone, tablet or iPad or alternatively via the relevant website.
Activities for the sessions include:
- Active listening and reflective discussion
- Participation in individual and group/team tasks
- Personal reflection and note taking
- Links to recommended websites and apps will be given to aid independent learning.
