Alongside creativity, this course incorporates the self-care aspect of wellbeing alongside elements of the 5 Ways to Wellbeing: Give, Connect, Take Notice & Keep Learning. By the end of the course you will be able to:

- Contribute to discussions around wellbeing and the connections to creativity
- Work with a range of colour, marks and pattern using mixed media themed activities
- Take part in simple sewing techniques
- Select an effective colour palette and make design choices to create a finished project
- Explore the work of other artists to inspire and influence their design choices

Learners will be working on projects and will be encouraged to undertake personal research before and during the course to offer inspiration and context. Learning mats used during the course will capture learning against the course outcomes.
