How to set or reset your application and enrolment portal account

In order to access your portal account, you will need enter your email address (or username) and portal password. If you have applied or enrolled previously then we will have set you up an account already which you can access using the steps below.

To set your password or to reset your password:

Go to https://portal.mis.nelsongroup.ac.uk and click the link "Forgot your password?".
When prompted, please enter your personal email address or username, you will then be sent a link to your email and you will be sent a text message containing your secret answer.
Click the link sent to you in the email.
Enter the secret answer sent to you by text message.
Enter your password. (Password must contain at least 8 characters, a combination of upper and lower case characters and at least 1 digit)

Your account will be registered with the email and mobile phone number that you gave us when you applied or enrolled with us. You will need to have access to those in order to access your account. If you are having problems resetting your account please email reporting@nelsongroup.ac.uk
